I knitted these socks on #2US needles from Elsebeth Lavold’s Silky Wool, which I had not knitted with before. Although the yarn recommends a #6 needle, I found that it worked perfectly for socks on a 2. After rushing to finish them and move on to something else, I wish I’d been able to savor them a bit longer!
The pattern came from my head, and it’s fairly simple, but I do plan to post it one of these days. You might want to make uniform stripes, but I guess I get impatient at knitting the exact same thing a second time…
