This olive yarn was originally supposed to be a cabled and bobbled wrap of some kind, which was pretty awful in execution, so it was reborn as this vest. I took the textile pattern from a tiny photo in an ad in the back of an Interweave magazine for Deja Vu Knits, and turned it into a purple and green plushy stripe. I’ll get back to you on the yarn, I can’t remember what it was… but I knitted it on size #7US straight needles!
